
What’s up y’all , I’m Brendan, former powerlifter/strongman and current weightlifter. I enjoy lifting, but the culture and community is what has made this journey worth it. Training has helped me with so many things. The gym is where I find peace and would like to share that with everyone.
The gym can be an intimidating place, but I want to show people that it is not as scary as it looks from the outside. I’m looking to help people who are trying to get started or who are trying to push themselves to the next level. I provide personalized training programs and in person training sessions tailored to your goals and abilities. I’m committed to helping you achieve lasting results. Most importantly, I want the gym to be enjoyable and to help build a routine.
